Terms of use
Draft — not reviewed by a lawyer
This sets out how the game is intended to be used, in plain language. It has not been through legal review and should not be relied on as a binding agreement by anyone, including us. It needs review before this site is offered to the public.
What this is
Nakmuay Arena is a camera-based rhythm game. It is provided for entertainment and fitness. It is not coaching, not a medical device, and not a substitute for training with a qualified instructor.
Physical risk
Using this involves vigorous physical exercise and carries a real risk of injury to you, to other people, and to your surroundings. You are responsible for your own space, your own limits and your own safety. Please read the safety page before playing, and stop if something hurts.
Your account and your name
You can play without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Your display name is public on the leaderboard. Do not use a name that impersonates somebody, that is abusive, or that you do not have the right to use. We may change or remove a display name, or a score, that breaks this.
Fair play
Scores are validated on our side. Submitting a score that was not earned by playing — by modifying the game, replaying a submission, or automating input — will have the score removed, and may have the account removed.
Availability
The game is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. Rounds, stages, scores and leaderboards may change or be reset while the game is in development.
Ownership
The game, its artwork and its name belong to their authors. The pose-tracking runtime and model are Google’s MediaPipe, used under the Apache 2.0 licence; the licence text ships alongside them at /mediapipe/LICENSE-mediapipe.txt.
Ending it
You can stop using the game at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted — see privacy. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse other players or the leaderboard.
